Gigservice är specialiserade på att bygga scener, hantera scenteknik bakom kulisserna och skapa unika miljöer för festivaler och andra evenemang. Vi är kända i branschen för vårt professionella arbete med scenteknik och vårt engagemang i att leverera högkvalitativa upplevelser. För att möta den växande efterfrågan söker vi nu dedikerade och flexibla medarbetare till våra team, som kommer att arbeta med scenbygge, eventservice och gästhantering.
Dina arbetsuppgifter kommer att innefatta:
Scenbyggnation: Arbeta med att sätta upp och montera olika typer av scener och eventinfrastruktur, både stora och små, enligt specifikationer och tidsramar.
Eventvärd: Agera som entre- eller eventvärd, välkomna besökare och säkerställ att allt löper smidigt under evenemanget.
Allmän eventservice: Assistera med praktiska uppgifter som uppsättning av ljud och ljus, hantering av eventmaterial och säkerställande av att alla delar av eventet fungerar som de ska.
Samarbete i team: Arbeta tillsammans med andra medarbetare för att se till att alla tekniska och praktiska detaljer är på plats inför och under evenemang. Vi arbetar i grupper, så det är viktigt att du trivs med att samarbeta och bidra till gruppens gemensamma mål.

Vi söker dig som:
Har en praktisk och lösningsorienterad inställning.
Är flexibel, självgående och trivs med att arbeta i högt tempo.
Har erfarenhet av scenbyggnation eller eventarbete, men vi ser även att du kan vara ny i branschen om du har ett intresse och vilja att lära dig.
Är serviceinriktad och kan bemöta besökare på ett vänligt och professionellt sätt.
Har god fysisk hälsa och inte är rädd för att jobba med tunga lyft eller utomhusarbete i alla väder.
Talar och skriver engelska då många i ledningen kommunicerar på engelska.
B-körkort (krav).

Meriterande men inte krav:
Erfarenhet av att arbeta med ljud, ljus eller annan eventteknik.
Tidigare erfarenhet av arbete på festivaler eller andra stora evenemang.
BE eller C-körkort och/eller liftkort.
Truckkort
Erfarenhet av höghöjdarbete.
Ställningsbyggnation.

Our factory is located in Lomma, which is where your work office also will be. We build all sorts of courses, from adventure golf to professional championship courses in Sweden, Scandinavia and Europe. We are now aiming to expand even more internationally. As a Videographer Specialist, you will be responsible for capturing and editing high-quality video content that aligns with our brand and client requirements.


Responsibilities:
• You must collaborate with the team to develop video concepts and storyboards.
• Operate and maintain video equipment including cameras, lighting, and audio devices.
• Capture high-quality footage in various settings, such as in the factory, on-location, or events.
• Edit and enhance video content using industry-standard software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro).
• Ensure video projects are delivered on time and meet the client's expectations.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest video production trends, techniques, and equipment.
• Assist in the setup and breakdown of video production equipment.
• Create engaging video and photo content for social media platforms.
• Conduct video shoots, including interviews, product demonstrations, and event coverage.
• Manage and organize video files and assets for easy retrieval and future use.


Requirements:
• Proven experience as a videographer working within the corporate space.
• Proficient in operating video cameras, lighting equipment, and audio devices.
• Strong knowledge of video editing software and techniques.
• Excellent understanding of composition, framing, and storytelling.
• Experience in content creation for social media platforms.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• A portfolio of previous video projects.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Must be flexible to travel as NIFO does a lot of work on the road.
• Fluent in english – writing and speaking.
