Job Responsibilities
In this role, you will support StickerApp’s global customer base, helping them find the best sticker solutions for their needs. Most communication happens via email, and you will guide customers with both simple and complex inquiries, often turning small projects into long-term business opportunities. Together with your colleagues, you ensure excellent service while identifying new sales opportunities.  Since creativity is at the heart of StickerApp, you will also have the chance to inspire customers, share ideas, and celebrate the endless possibilities that stickers bring to both individuals and brands.
Your tasks include:
Providing professional customer support via email
Guiding customers with product- and order-related inquiries
Suggesting alternative products and solutions (upselling and cross-selling) 
Preparing print files (training provided)
Inspiring customers with StickerApp’s passion for stickers and the creative freedom they enable

Education, Experience, and Personal Characteristics
Previous experience from customer service, customer support, or other service-oriented roles
Strong written communication skills, fluent in English
Additional language skills (such as Swedish or other European languages) are a plus
A graphic eye and passion for good design/stickers (NOT a graphic designer role!)

Arbetsuppgifter:

Som ESHR-ansvarig kommer du att utgöra en viktig roll på Nexam Chemical med fokus på nuvarande EHSQR-policyer, affärsidé och företagsstrategier. Du kommer att vara representant från Lomma i övergripande EHSR-frågor och rapportera till Group Regulatory och EHSQ Manager (som sitter i UK). Du ansvarar för att underhålla och vidareutveckla miljö-, hälso- och säkerhetsstyrningssystem samt stödja företagets hållbarhetsvision och förbättra ackrediteringarna. Vidare ansvarar du för regulatoriska frågor, såsom säkerhetsdatablad (SDS), tekniska datablad (TDS) och deklarationer om överensstämmelse (DoC) med olika polymer/kemiska föreskrifter. Du ökar riskmedvetenheten inom företaget och tillhandahåller säkra och praktiska lösningar. Du utvecklar kontinuerligt metoder för att mäta EHS-prestanda i tillverkningsprocesser. Dessutom ansvarar du för systemförbättringar och uppföljning av förbättringsåtgärder.

Utbildning, Erfarenhet och personliga egenskaper:

• Eftergymnasial utbildning inom kemi alternativt motsvarande arbetslivserfarenhet
• Erfarenhet från en liknande roll inom tillverkningsindustrin
• Goda kunskaper i MS Office, meriterande med kunskaper i Pyramid och 3LED
• Flytande kunskaper i både engelska och svenska

Som person har du ett samarbetsinriktat förhållningssätt och gillar att arbeta i tvärfunktionella team med verksamhet i flera länder. I ditt arbete är du pragmatisk, lösningsorienterad, organiserad och självmotiverad och har därtill god kommunikationsförmåga. Du anpassar dig enkelt till nya situationer och direktiv. Som kvalitetsingenjör kommer du att utgöra en viktig roll på Nexam Chemical. Ditt fokus är kvalitetskontroll av Nexams produkter som produceras både internt och med deras externa produktionspartners. I denna varierande roll är dina huvudsakliga uppgifter att samla in prover och utföra analyser tillsammans med att granska och godkänna resultaten. Du hanterar också underhåll och kalibrering av QC-utrustning. Dessutom ger du råd till produktionsteamet vid kvalitetsproblem och utvecklar kontinuerligt metoder för att mäta produkternas kvalitetsprestanda. Du har ett nära samarbete med produktionsteamet och har ett gott samarbete med andra, både inom och utanför företaget. Dessutom stöder du Company Sustainability Strategy och Vision samt arbetar efter ISO 9001.

Utbildning, Erfarenhet och personliga egenskaper:

• Eftergymnasial utbildning inom kemi, alternativt motsvarande arbetslivserfarenhet.
• Erfarenhet av kvalitetstestning av polymera material.
• Flytande kunskaper i engelska, svenska är meriterande.

Besides that, you provide advice to the Production team in the event of any quality issues and continuously develop methods for measuring quality performance of the products. It's also important that you maintain a good collaboration with others, both within and outside the company. Furthermore, you support the Company Sustainability Strategy and Vision.

Education, Experience and Personal characteristics:

• Bachelor’s degree in chemical engineering.
• Experience of Quality Control Testing of Polymeric Materials.
• Fluent in English, Swedish is meritorious.
